Music Radar reports that a man in South Wales has been ordered to destroy his entire CD collection as punishment for disturbing the peace with his loud music.

Karl Wiosna, 44, repeatedly played Cher's 90's hit Believe at top volume, driving his neighbours crazy. lol

Apparently the noise was unbearable! ;-)
